About the event

Are you a local artist looking to showcase and potentially sell your work? Whether you're a beginner, an enthusiastic amateur, or a seasoned professional - we would love to invite you to be part of our celebration of creativity and community. Submit your entry using the form below by 22nd May and be part of something truly special this summer.

Please note: a 20% commission will be applied to the sale of each artwork throughout the event, supporting local good causes.

Entry fee's

- £5 per entry, 2 entries max per artist
- A 20% commission will apply to all sales to support local good causes
- Artists can bring small selection of cards to sell (no commission)
- Each card must be clearly named and priced
- Payments will be received after the event

Event Timings

Drop off and setup artwork - Friday 5th June between 4.30-6pm
Exhibition open to the public - Saturday 6th June 10-4pm and Sunday 7th 10-3pm
Private viewing for artists and artist families - Saturday 6th June 5-7pm
Artwork to be collected by buyers & artists - Sunday 7th 3-4pm

Conditions of entry

- Entries close 22nd May 2026.

- Entry fees must be paid in advance to the account details listed on the entry form below.

- All artists must provide their own easels/stands.

- Max 2 entries per artist.

- Max size of artwork is 1m x 1m. Works must be framed if on paper. Canvas or board may be unframed.

- Labels must be downloaded and attached to each artwork by the artist. All work must have an entry label on the front and back.

- A commission of 20% on each artwork sold will be applied.

- Artwork not for sale must be clearly marked 'Not for Sale'.

- Artists should have their own insurance.

- Drop off for all work is Friday 5th June between 4.30-6pm at Cotebrook Village Hall, Stable Ln, Cotebrook, Tarporley CW6 0JJ. All art work must be collected by sellers and buyers by 3-4pm Sunday 7th June 2026.

Private viewing

Artists are invited to the private viewing between 5-7pm on Saturday 6th June 2026. Feel free to bring a plus one to see the exhibition and meet the other artists!
